This is a new year . . . 2012 . 

The first 2012 to ever exist.

In 12 months it will be over.

Never to return again.

What do I want to accomplish?

With my  Family?

In my Home?

With my Career?

With my Needs?

With my Finances?

With my Travel?

With my Investments?

If I don't decide for myself, someone else will decide  for me.

Leadership:  EXPERIENCE

 The first time I do something, I'm usually uncertain.

Doubts pester me.

The more times I do it, the less doubts I experience.

Presenting an Orientation Lecture and hoping no one shows  is not a productive energy.

I need to be really clear in myself about why I want to present Orientation Lectures in the first place. 

I need to check the needs of who will be  coming to each Orientation Lecture I present. 

This is true concern.

It gets easier every time I do it.

Surprise Decision

Surprise:  

When the unexpected happens, I can be surprised with joy or fright.
No matter what it is.
What is the worst that can happen?
Is death my greatest fear?
It's easy to play the fearless leader in a warm course room.
It's too easy to say "I'm not afraid."
How often do I try to escape?
How often does my intellect make an excuse?
I am the easiest person for me and my maze to fool and trip up.
Do I want to live my lies to myself or do I want to experience my truth?

Decision:

It is up to me to decide what I want.
Everything in the universe is good.
My limitation here on planet earth is a lifespan.
What do I want to do in the moments I have left to experience?
I could become a millionaire.
I could fly into outer space.
I could write the best selling novel.
The decision is mine.
After the decision comes the checking and rechecking with my guidance.
Then comes the planning.
Then the execution.
Then the labor.
Then, and only then, can I realize the reward.
I can imagine it before I receive.
Decision starts the process.

Tradition Vision

Grassroots:  TRADITION

All religions have good in them. They all started with a clear message that became polluted with tradition over time. Opinions, guidelines, suggestions can all turn into tradition if they are taken too seriously. Tradition could be explained as procedures not based on fact. Some religions say you will burn in hell forever if you don't do or believe certain things. This is too serious. A loving god ( you, yourself) will not condemn you (yourself) to burn forever - unless that is what you want.

Leadership:  VISION

I experience the success I visualize. What thoughts persist throughout my day? How much do I let little worries or fears control me? How much do I practice, each day, not worrying about anything?

How much do I really want to enjoy every moment?

If my energy is not 100% positive - what am I waiting for? I need to be my own monitor, my own authority and keep clear my own direction.

Truth and Honesty

Grassroots: TRUTH
My whole life is a search for truth; until I realize I am the truth I am seeking. Being honest with myself allows my truth in the form of my facts (my what, when, where, why and who is getting something out of it) to flow  into my conscious mind. These I recheck with my inner guidance. My truth is not necessarily anyone else's truth. Someone else's truth is not necessarily my truth.
Leadership: HONESTY
I can be honest with myself and sincere with others. I promote myself with sizzle. When I lie to myself it's because I don't respect myself, my abilities or what I can accomplish. I allow myself to believe I can't do it, when I know I am unlimited and can do anything I want to. I believe in myself when I am honest with myself. I believe in others when I am honest with them.

Loyalty to Self

Grassroots:  Self
What is loyalty to Self? Is it living my spiritual thrust in everything I do? Is it seeing everything I am involved in as an opportunity for spiritual growth? Is it planifying with my 5 W's (What, When, Where, Why and Who is getting something out of it) in advance so my guidance has a chance to work with me? Is it realizing I breathe for myself and no one can do it for me?
Leadership : Selfish
If I am all that matters to me, when am I being selfish? Is it when I become an opportunist; stealing the pie off the window and then hiding in guilt? Is it when I manipulate my teammates or take advantage of their generosity? Using people is OK, as long as it's a fair exchange - BOTH parties must agree it's a fair exchange, or it's not a fair exchange. One cannot dictate fairness to another.

IPM International is an opportunity to work with crystal clear spirit by being of service - to myself first and then to others.  This flow is important. My service flows from myself to others. Whatever is crystal clear within myself will flow crystal clear to others. Whatever is colored in myself will be colored as it flows to others. Being of service to others by sharing my experiences and what I've learnt is how I gain wisdom.  Wisdom is my universal currency in my spiritual Bank  account.

My affluent vibration is one of delegation. I can delegate only what is on my Project Board. Project Boards, 3 - month calendars, Policies, Procedures and Checklists are the tools of my trade.These are the structural elements of my business. I need to have them clean and clear in order to inspire others. I also inspire by being in action, by enjoying what I am doing and by my minding my own business.
